To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be sent back to us within 30 days of ordering
  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging

You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us, nor the price of the original shipping you paid when ordering.

If you wish to make an exchange, please follow the process for returns, and then place a new order for the product you desire. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received, we’ll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not and credit your original payment method within a few days. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive the payment before contacting us further, as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

If you used a discount voucher when purchasing your item(s), then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

If an item you purchased was in a sale, then it may not be eligible for a refund. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.
